Người đàn ông trả lại 400 triệu đồng nhặt được

Chiều 24/11, Bí thư Tỉnh đoàn Thanh Hóa Lê Văn Châu đã trao tặng bằng khen của Ban chấp hành Tỉnh đoàn cho anh Hùng (31 tuổi, ở xã Đông Minh, huyện Đông Sơn) vì hành động đẹp, nhặt được của rơi trả lại người đánh mất.

Khoảng 8h30 ngày 22/11, trên đường chở cháu đến trường học, anh Hùng nhìn thấy hai cọc tiền lớn rơi trên đường liên thôn. Hùng sau đó báo sự việc với chính quyền địa phương và liên hệ tìm người đánh rơi.

Cơ quan chức năng xác định số tiền của bà Lê Thị Đào (57 tuổi, xã Đông Minh), vay tại Quỹ tín dụng nhân dân xã Đông Minh. Trên đường từ Quỹ tín dụng về nhà, chiếc túi bị rách khiến tiền rơi ra mà bà Đào không hay biết.

Dù gia đình thuộc hộ cận nghèo, kinh tế khó khăn, anh Hùng bảo "không ham thứ không phải của mình. Họ mất cũng giống mình vậy...". Anh bày tỏ bất ngờ với bằng khen được nhận.

Tại lễ trao tặng bằng khen, anh Lê Văn Châu, Bí thư Tỉnh đoàn Thanh Hóa, nhấn mạnh hành động của anh Lê Xuân Hùng xứng đáng là tấm gương sáng cần nhân rộng để đoàn viên, thanh niên noi theo.
