Ứng dụng điều khiển xe Tesla lỗi toàn cầu

Lỗi ứng dụng khiến chủ xe Tesla khắp thế giới không thể điều khiển phương tiện từ xa. Elon Musk sau đó giải thích đây là sự cố máy chủ.

Nhiều người dùng xe Tesla cho biết tình trạng mất kết nối diễn ra từ rạng sáng nay và kéo dài trong vài giờ, khiến họ không thể sử dụng app. Ứng dụng này biến điện thoại thành chìa khóa xe, đồng thời cho phép người dùng điều khiển nhiều tính năng trên chiếc Tesla.

Sự cố xảy ra sau khi hãng cập nhật ứng dụng điện thoại nhằm bổ sung các tính năng mới.

CEO Tesla Elon Musk sau đó thông báo trên Twitter: "Mọi chuyện đã trở lại bình thường. Có vẻ chúng tôi đã vô tình tăng lưu lượng đến máy chủ ứng dụng. Chân thành xin lỗi, chúng tôi sẽ áp dụng các biện pháp ngăn điều này tái diễn".

Hệ thống ứng dụng Tesla hiếm khi gặp lỗi, nhưng các vụ trục trặc đều gây chú ý. Sự cố gần đây nhất xảy ra hồi tháng 9/2020 khi máy chủ cho khách hàng và hệ thống nội bộ của Tesla cùng ngừng hoạt động suốt nhiều giờ.
